Established in 1999, Windsor Locks Youth Services Bureau promotes youth and their families' positive growth in Windsor Locks by developing, coordinating, and providing services and programs in prevention, education, intervention, and recreation.

The Youth Service Bureau receives funding from the State Department of Child and Families, Town of Windsor Locks, Amplify Inc.
