Online Lookup & Bill Payment

For first time users, please read the instructions before looking up and paying a bill online.

Do not pay online if you require a DMV clearance(renewal, new car purchase, plate transfer etc) To receive an immediate clearance, you must pay in the tax office with cash, money order, or certified bank check. If you pay online with a credit/debit card please allow 5 business days before calling for a DMV clearance. Please allow 10 business days for a DMV clearance on any online ACH payments.

Please note that a convenience fee will be applied to your payment. The fees are as follows:

  • ACH/Bank Account Payments- .95 per finalized transaction
  • Debit Credit Card Payments- 2.95%($1.95 minimum ) per finalized transaction
  • W.P.C.A Payments- $3.95 flat fee up to $400

Electronic payments returned due to entering improper banking information is subject to a $5.00 reject fee.

WPCA Payments over $400 completed with either a credit or debit, will need to be done as multiple transactions per our merchant agreement. ACH/Bank payments do not have a cap and can be completed in one transaction.

To lookup and pay your W.P.C.A bill you will need either the account number or unique ID from your bill. Unlike tax bills, WPCA bills are not public information.

Payments will be considered on time as long as the payment has been completed on the final due date. After the payment has been completed, you will receive a payment confirmation containing the list number, amount paid, and a confirmation number - print out this page and save it for your records.

Information for the system is updated 24 hours after the Tax Office receives payment and posts to our system. Payments are not reflected until after this happens. Likewise, adjustments done by the Assessor's Office are not reflected online until 24 hours after the adjustment has been made.
