Attention Windsor Locks Residents
UPDATE 2/22/23 3:30pm: Water Has been restored. When you initially turn on the water let it run a little to remove the brown water. We thank you for your patience and again sorry for the interruption that wasn’t supposed to happen
CT Water has temporally turned off the water in the area of Main St as they replace a valve. This planned repair was not supposed to affect water service, but I see now that the best executed plans sometimes take a turn. CT Water hopes to have the water turned back on very quickly. We will be meeting with them soon to find out why the plan did not go as planned.
