Daylight Savings Time 2022 ends this Sunday, Nov. 6, at 2 a.m. You should plan on changing your clocks on the night of Saturday, Nov. 5, turning them back a full hour; you might “gain” an extra hour of sleep.
Computers, TVs and cell phones will automatically update at 2 a.m. but you’ll want to manually set any other clocks back one hour. We always “spring forward” when DST begins and “fall back” when it ends.
As we set our clocks back one hour, now is also the perfect time to change your smoke detector batteries to make sure those all are working at optimal levels.
