Windsor Locks Arts Council

The Windsor Locks Arts Council enhances the quality of life of all citizens and builds community by supporting individual creativity, cultural preservation, economic development, and lifelong learning through the advancement of the arts.

Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm.
