Windsor Locks Arts Council

The Windsor Locks Arts Council enhances the quality of life of all citizens and builds community by supporting individual creativity, cultural preservation, economic development, and lifelong learning through the advancement of the arts.

Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm.

Monthly Drum Circle
Scheduled 7/27, 8/24, 9/28, 10/26 from 6:30-7:30pm
Windsor Locks Town Hall

Learn rhythms and sounds of the drum with Michelle Butler of Joyful Distractions. Drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, and assists in releasing emotional trauma.

Ages 16+ welcome, $10 suggested donation. If you are interested, please sign up here. RSVP by the end of Tuesday before each date.

2nd Annual Art'ober Festival
Saturday, October 7th from 11:00am–4:00pm
Veteran's Memorial Park Pavilion (rain or shine)

Join in celebrating the arts with this festive fall event. Featuring live music, craft vendors, food trucks, kids activities, and more. Non-perishable food donations will be collected to support Windsor Locks FoodShelf. 

We are currently seeking craft and food vendors. If you are interested, please sign up here by August 30th.
