The Windsor Locks Arts Council is thrilled to announce a new collaboration with Kathy Tolve from the Art Room to bring a community mural to life at Pesci Park this summer! This is a great opportunity for our neighbors, families, and artists to join forces and create something beautiful for everyone to enjoy.
We’re inviting all members of the community to volunteer their time and creativity to help us paint the mural. No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and love for art! The exact dates will be announced soon, so stay tuned for more details.
