The Windsor Locks Arts Council enhances the quality of life of all citizens and builds community by supporting individual creativity, cultural preservation, economic development, and lifelong learning through the advancement of the arts. We are excited to announce that our 2026 Hall of Fame and Student Showcase will be held March 26, 2026.
We are looking for nominees for the 2026 Hall of Fame.
