OPEN BIDS INFORMATION

Sealed proposals must be submitted as two hard copies, and one electronic copy (CD or USB flash drive containing your proposal) on designated forms and in designated envelopes clearly marked with the title and opening date. Proposals will be received by the Town of Windsor Locks, First Selectman's Office, Windsor Locks Town Hall, 50 Church St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096, until 12:00 p.m. on April 21, 2023. Any PROPOSALS received after the date and time specified will not be accepted.
