The Windsor Locks Planning & Zoning Commission voted to continue the public hearing
on the proposed Cannabis Regulations. This public hearing will occur on Thursday,
February 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Windsor Locks Town Hall located at 50 Church Street,
