I'd like to welcome the townspeople of Windsor Locks to the EMD Website.  I hope you find many useful and important facts about our department, services, volunteers and emergency preparedness suggestions.  Bookmark our site for future visits and updated information.  Windsor Locks is very fortunate to have two special groups associated with the EMD.  They are the Auxiliary Police and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).  For more information, see the links attached at the bottom of this page.
