Curbside collections of bagged yard waste will begin on Monday, April 8, 2024, by All American Waste. Weekly collections will continue town-wide every Monday, with the final collection of the year on Monday, December 2, 2024. In the event a holiday falls on a Monday, the pick-up will be on Tuesday for that week only.

All bagged yard waste items must be inside Brown Kraft Paper Lawn and Leaf Bags. Bags should be placed for pick up no later than 6am on Mondays.

Bags can be purchased from many local stores; Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, Ocean State and some grocery stores.

All American Waste collects the bagged yard waste and can be reached at 860-289-7850 with questions regarding pick up delays and refusals.

Acceptable items include leaves, pine-needles, pinecones, acorns, twigs, dead plant matter, thatch, green grass clippings.

Unacceptable items include household trash, plastic bags, plastic planting containers, rocks, dirt, sod, logs, branches wider than ½ inch.
