Every 5 years communities in the State of Connecticut are required to create an Affordable Housing Plan.

Steps taken: Two housing workshops occurred in April and May of 2021

Next steps: There will be a public hearing on the resulting draft plan in the summer of 2021

The Affordable Housing Plan will go before the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Selectmen and will be adopted as required by the Connecticut General Statutes.
