Information for the system is updated 24 hours after the Tax Office receives payment and posts to our system. Payments are not reflected until after this happens. Likewise, adjustments done by the Assessor's Office are not reflected online until 24 hours after the adjustment has been made.
If you forgot your user ID, you can either: 1.) Use the option of a one-time payment, or 2.) Simply create a new account.
The online payment system is run through and secured by Webster Bank. However, you do not need a Webster Bank account to use the system.
